Customers included Fortune 500 companies such as Intel, Tyco, Jaguar, Land Rover and Pierson Publishing; Federal Government burueas such as the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA); and global mid-market users in 160 countries. The company earned over 50 independent analyst and media awards over a seven year run, including being named Product of the Year by five different media organizations, twice named "Best Product Development Organization in America" by the American Business Awards (ABA) and twice named "Top Green IT Company" by Computerworld magazine.   • As CEO, managed the company's six lines of business: Software Development, Business Development, Data Center Delivery, Professional Services, Finance & Operations and Customer Support.
  • Designed, developed and brought to market the company's flagship CRM & ERP cloud solution.
  • Personally kicked-off (recruited, hired, on-boarded and managed) offshore development operations in Costa Rica and Argentina.
  • Personally sponsored, designed and co-managed the build out of Tier 4 data center delivery locations in the US and UK. Achieved the best uptime record in the cloud industry over a 5 year run.
  • Designed and implemented a global business partner program. Partners were largely VARs outside of North America.
  • By end of third year of operation, company had manufactured a competitive enterprise business application, acquired Fortune 500 clients and a global customer base, averaged 45% annual growth and earned significant profits.
  • Sold a personal interest to institutional investors in 2009, remained CEO until 2010 and Chairman of the Board until 2011.

Company acquired by AIC International (Nasdaq: ANLY).

Accomplishments:

  • Post Acquisition Roll-Up. Lead the business planning, strategy, financing and day-to-day operations in acquiring and integrating an international information systems consulting organization.
  • Microsoft Partner of the Year. Company recognized as 1997/8 Number 1 Worldwide Microsoft Business Partner (of approximately 31,000 Microsoft partners) by Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer at the annual Fusion conference.
